Called 12/8/20 (didn't answer) and 12/9/20 answered claiming to be Xfinity and had my name, my cell phone and knew about a device I have. He asked me to do some functions with the remote which I wouldn't. I told the person they called yesterday and they didn't know. Hung up, reported to Xfinity, definitely not them, reported to their security and blocked number. Definitely a SCAM or hack.
